Enter the menu to select “VEHICLES”

Select “BMW
Select “Manual Select”
Select “5 Series”
Select “5’_F10/F11/F18”
Select “Execute battery replacement record”

Select “[2] Perform Register battery change”

It prompt with the massage:
The battery replacement is entered in the DME/DDE in the next test step!The engine does not have to be running and terminal 15 on.
Attention! The entry can not be canceled!
Currently registered battery capacity in DME/DDE(Ah)…
According to the battery capacity to choose options below:
Here select “Enter battery replacement:same capacity”
Information:The battery replacement is record in the engine electronics(DME or DDE).
Please wait.
It is under communicating,Please wait for 20 seconds…
Then the screen will show the massage:
The battery replacement was registered successfully in the DME/DDE.
Done !
