2 days ago ,we received one email from customer regarding obdstar F100:
“Hi
i tried to program a key for US Ford Fusion SE 2014 using your F100 machine but i was provided an error containing the message “Security verification failed.”
I want to register on your site. But i was provided an error containing the message” SN unregistered product sales”
My order(F100) S/N is : SU1711210076
The device S/N is : 100300112660
The device password is: 11401804
The distributor code is: 860010A1 “

please register OBDSTAR F100 on website : www.obdstar.com
input the declarer code:
860755B1

Update the F100, enter into China Ford menu , then use test , it will work!
And today we got reply from customer:
” Hi,
I thoroughly thank you and your engineering team a lot. I could successfully program a key for my car (Ford fusion SE Ecoboost 2014 US) using your F100 machine after updating.
